LOS ALAMITOS, Calif. – Oct. 13, 2022 - Epson America, Inc., will be demonstrating its Moverio® augmented reality (AR) smart glasses, including the recently announced Moverio BT-45C and BT-45CS, at the Augmented Enterprise Summit (AES) in booth #113.

What: The Augmented Enterprise Summit, formerly known as EWTS, is the longest running and most comprehensive event dedicated to the business and industrial applications of XR and other emerging technologies. The mission of AES is to provide a platform for enterprises to hear practical, first-hand insight on evaluating, adopting, and scaling immersive and related technologies in the workplace.

Epson's event participation and booth demos will include:

• Panel: "The ROI of Enterprise XR: Defining and Measuring Success" – Remi Del Mar, Epson senior product manager, Digital Experiences, Augmented Reality and Commercial Display Solutions, will moderate a panel discussion that explores the ROI of enterprise XR. In this session, enterprise experts will share real metrics and best practices for measuring and demonstrating XR's value to businesses.
• Smart Workforce Collaboration – At Epson's booth, AES attendees will be able to demo the new generation of award-winning Moverio AR smart glasses designed to support seamless remote collaboration with a high-quality AR viewing experience. The Moverio BT-45C and BT-45CS AR smart glasses are purpose-built for mission-critical tasks, such as troubleshooting, maintenance, inspection, and training. The new ruggedized models support seamless, hands-free collaboration between on-site technicians and remote experts to help enhance efficiency, improve safety and reduce downtime.
• High-Quality AR Viewing Experience with Maximum Comfort – Epson will also be showcasing the Moverio BT-40 and BT-40S AR smart glasses, designed to deliver a high-quality AR viewing experience with maximum comfort. Powered by Epson Si-OLED technology, the Moverio BT-40 and BT-40S smart glasses offer users a number of advances including a wider field of view (FOV), Full HD 1080p display resolution, high contrast, improved connectivity, and a more comfortable, adjustable and easy-to-wear design.

When: The Augmented Enterprise Summit will take place Tuesday, Oct. 18 through Thursday, Oct. 20. The "The ROI of Enterprise XR: Defining and Measuring Success" panel will take place on Tuesday, Oct. 18 from 4:45 to 5:30 p.m.
